Download FAQ
- When
do I get my username and password to access the download site?
Each organization downloading IMO content should designate a primary and a secondary download recipient contact. Once assigned, the primary contact will be emailed your organization's download credentials and manage them going forward.
- What if I forgot
my username and/or password?
Call or email us requesting your download credentials and we will forward them to your organization's designated primary and secondary download recipient.
- Will
I be able to change my username and/or password as desired?
As
of now, you will not be able to change your password. If you need your password or username changed, please call or email us
and we will have it changed immediately.
- What
if my password expired?
Your password will not expire. If you possibly entered it incorrectly three or more times, please contact us to unlock your Download password.
-
How often do you release the Problem
updates?
IMO release updates ten times a year, with two regulatory updates at the end of February and August
-
Is every update mandatory?
No, only the Regulatory release updates are mandatory. However, we advise that you keep
your system up to date with the regular monthly updates.
-
How long are updates available online for download?
Updates are available for download online for up to two years back.
We can provide updates from more than two years upon request.
-
Are your current Problem
updates cumulative?
Yes. Our updates are cumulative, you only need to download the most current update.
-
Does the latest Problem
update contain the latest SNOMED® CT release?
It depends on the release. While our regulatory releases have historically
corresponded with the latest SNOMED® CT release, we now stagger the SNOMED® CT maps by a release, as suggested by many of our clients. This is to help alleviate the stress
of having to update SNOMED® at the same time of processing the ICD9-CM regulatory
code changes. The SNOMED® CT mappings schedule now follows:
IMO® Problem 2009 Regulatory 1 (August) corresponds to SNOMED® CT January 2008
IMO® Problem 2009 R1.1 corresponds to SNOMED® CT July 2008
IMO® Problem 2009 Regulatory 2 (March) corresponds to SNOMED® CT July 2008
IMO® Problem 2009 R2.1 corresponds to SNOMED® CT January 2009
